Limitation: This is an issuer-reported consolidated holding. SG has not independently verified custodian balances or wallet control. The same filing reports common-share issuance, preferred-stock repurchases, dividends, and cash allocation; the BTC figure should not be read without that financing context.

Metaplanet Inc.

TSE:3350 · Jun 30, 2026

43,000Not in current receiptThe disclosure is an issuer-reported consolidated holding. Metaplanet uses Bitcoin and cash as collateral and had drawn a Bitcoin-collateralized credit facility, but this source does not quantify how many of the 43,000 BTC were pledged. It excludes 44 BTC held by an equity-method investee pending distribution. SG has not independently verified wallets, custody, counterparties, or collateral control, and MARA states that it sells bitcoin on an ongoing basis, so this is not a claim about holdings after June 30, 2026.

Methodology

What enters the ledger

Sum the latest active verified BTC observation for each selected entity using exact decimal arithmetic. Companies are ordered by disclosed BTC amount from largest to smallest, with alphabetical tie-breaking; no complete-market rank is assigned.

A later filing appends a new observation. It does not silently rewrite the old one. BTC-per-share appears only when the same primary receipt supplies a defensible share denominator.

Still excluded

  • ETFs, funds, trusts, custodians, exchanges, and client assets
  • governments and sovereign reserves
  • wallet-attribution estimates and secondary-source-only claims
  • synthetic or tokenized Bitcoin exposure
  • mNAV until a licensed, reliable equity-price feed is available
  • secondary database rows without a primary receipt

This page changes only after evidence is reviewed and a sanitized snapshot is exported. Pending observations, operator identities, and newsroom runtime state are never included.
