Strategy Buys 811 BTC for $65.5 Million and Spends $208.2 Million Buying Back Its STRC Preferred

Strategy purchased 811 bitcoin for $65.5 million between 26 October and 1 November and held 849,327 bitcoin as of 1 November, according to its filing of 2 November. It funded the purchase from $164.0 million in net proceeds of selling 1,178,552 common shares and allocated the other $98.5 million to USD Cash. It used $208.2 million of USD Cash to repurchase 2,092,035 STRC preferred shares and $43.4 million of its USD Reserve to pay preferred dividends. As of 1 November the USD Reserve stood at $4.79 billion and USD Cash at $132.7 million. Its filing of 26 October reported no bitcoin bought or sold in the week before.
