Core Lightning told node operators to verify and install its signed security release promptly when it lands, clarifying that they do not need to shut down. Operators who do not upgrade should restart with `--offline`, which closes peer connections and payment routing while keeping the daemon watching the chain and able to respond to a counterparty force-close; the flag must be removed after upgrading.
