Soluna Holdings said a Bitdeer subsidiary plans to deploy about 28 MW of Sealminer A2 Pro Air equipment—roughly 1.93 EH/s—at the 83 MW wind-powered Project Kati 1 in Texas, with the rollout expected to begin in September. Soluna will provide the site, power and operations while Bitdeer owns the machines and the parties share mining proceeds; the SEC-filed release does not disclose the revenue split, a minimum commitment or other financial terms.
