The OCC lists pending applications with the date received, the applicant and, where the application is subject to public comment, the public portion of the filing. A link to the Corporate Applications Search record appears about five days after receipt.
On 10 September 2026 it showed twelve pending digital-asset applications received between 18 February and 19 August, including Morgan Stanley Digital Trust and Kraken's Payward National Trust Company. Block's Builders Bank & Trust was not yet listed. The list shows only pending applications; approvals and withdrawals are not on it.
It is the primary record for who is queueing to become a federally supervised custodian.
