· Strategy’s filed totals

Company treasuries now draws every bitcoin total Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) has stated in an 8-K, 10-Q or 10-K since its first purchase in August 2020: 204 dated totals from 169 of the 253 filings read through 1 October, 180 of them steps on the line and 24 restatements of a date an earlier filing had already stated. Each row gives the date the filing states, the number as filed, the accession number and the place in the document. No total is added up from purchases: the two 2020 filings that report a purchase and state no total are listed without one, and two June 2021 press releases that mention a holding without a date are listed as filings the reader could not take a total from. Each step is checked against the purchases and sales its own filing reports; 15 differ, 14 of them by one bitcoin, and are flagged and left as filed. These are filed totals, not wallet balances, and a decrease is drawn as filed. The file holds bitcoin quantities, dates and accession numbers only. It is a dated snapshot, read by hand until the daily job reads it, and is offered on Downloads as JSON and CSV. The treasury ledger's Strategy row is unchanged, and no other figure changed. Strategy filings method 1.0.0.
