The desk's saved datasets are now files at /data/downloads, at addresses that do not change: <dataset-id>.json, the file as the site's own loader reads it; <dataset-id>.csv where a dataset is one table; and <dataset-id>.metadata.json, which gives the version, the licence, the sources and their terms, the date or block the data runs through and the sha256 of each file. It opens with node software on reachable nodes, the Bitcoin Core release lifecycle (JSON only, because it is three lists rather than one table), difficulty by retarget period since 2009, blocks by pool label, the selected corporate treasuries, bitcoin held through disclosed claims and El Salvador's disclosed wallet, and with the three datasets added the same day: BIP statuses, Strategy's filed totals and the spot ETF trusts. A dataset the daily job still reads only in its dry run is offered as a dated snapshot and labelled as one. The block ledger of rewards, fees and pool labels is not offered until it has been read through the chain tip, and the page says how far it runs. The difficulty file is its own dataset and leaves the reward ledger out. Fee estimates and hashprice are read when a page is served and have no file. The Gazette licenses its own compilation, selection and annotations under CC BY 4.0; upstream records keep their own terms, printed beside each dataset, and article text stays under copyright. Each dataset carries a line to cite and is described on the page as a schema.org Dataset. No file holds a market price; where a company's filing states what a purchase cost, the treasury file repeats the filing's dollar amounts. No figure changed.
